As an experienced Service Advisor, you’ll help us to deliver industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction. You’ll provide estimates, schedule and book service and repair work and accurately invoice for work carried out. Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you’ll advise of completion times, any delays and quickly respond to queries. You’ll prioritise effectively to ensure that customers whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner and advised on a recommended course of action, maximising Service Department efficiency and profitability. In addition you will ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value-added products by using professional sales and customer service techniques.
