As an experienced Service Advisor, you’ll help us to deliver industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction. You’ll provide estimates, schedule and book service and repair work and accurately invoice for work carried out. Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you’ll advise of completion times, any delays and quickly respond to queries. You’ll prioritise effectively to ensure that customers whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner and advised on a recommended course of action, maximising Service Department efficiency and profitability. In addition you will ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value-added products by using professional sales and customer service techniques.
As an experienced Service Advisor in the automotive industry, it goes without saying that you are a real people person who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with a wide range of people, negotiate and influence situations and deliver great customer service. You’ll be a team-player who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.
As our Diagnostic Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for the service, fault diagnosis and repair of a variety of vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and paperwork is completed accurately. You will also assist other team members with diagnostic problems and be comfortable communicating technical information to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
We are looking for Technicians and Mechanics with varying experience from smaller, independent garages, car supermarkets or franchised dealerships. Previous experience as a Technician and relevant, formal qualifications such as an NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds will be an advantage. In addition, you will have excellent technical knowledge, be competent in the use of diagnostic equipment, be able to demonstrate quality workmanship and possess a full valid UK driving licence.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Service Bookings Assistant with previous motor trade Service Bookings or Service Advisor experience, to join our Service Team.
You will provide customers with an excellent consultative booking service whilst administrating a level of workshop control that will enable the company to achieve its objective of consistently meeting its customer expectations, and ensuring that commercial and operational requirements are considered at all times.
