Porsche Centre West London was delighted to sponsor the annual Big Screen on the Green event in Parsons Green, Chelsea which took place on 9-10 July. This exclusive event takes place each summer and guests are invited to relax and enjoy live, super-sized screening of sports, as well as a wide range of other premium open-air entertainment.
The key sporting events this year included the F1® British Grand Prix, Wimbledon and the climactic final of the Euro 2016 Championship. In keeping with the celebration of sporting achievements, Porsche Centre West London displayed a new 718 Boxster S below the screen for the entire event; the 718 model line traces its roots back to one of Porsche’s earliest and most successful racing cars.
Robert Barry, Director of Big Screen on the Green, said “Big Screen on the Green was delighted at the outcome of this inaugural alignment with our title partner Porsche Centre West London, which was the perfect compatible brand to support the premium nature of this summer's event. We very much look forward to evolving a working relationship for the future.”
Peter Jiggins, Centre Principal of Porsche Centre West London, said “Big Screen on the Green is a great British summer event. The festival atmosphere and live sports screening with the new 718 Boxster on display underneath was quite a spectacle. We were delighted to be a part of it.”
The new 718 Boxster is currently on display in our showroom. We welcome you to visit Porsche Centre West London to view the 718 Boxster for yourself. Alternatively, please email or call 020 3733 6204 for further information.
